The system acquires images of QR codes with high resolution industrial cameras and performs code reading and validating to detect quality problems such as repetition, absence, errors, missing elements of printed QR codes. When a defect is detected, the sound and light alert is provided to users and the NG signal is simultaneously sent to ejecting equipments to complete the wastes collection, which can avoid quality accidents occurred in QR data printing.
